The staff was very kind and helpful, the location was pretty much the best there is (right in the center of barrio Retiro, next to a Subte station, right next to Calle Florida, pretty close to numerous Western Union agencies). The place was very well kept and cozy. Room was very quiet and nice.

The location of the hotel is great and the English skills of the front desk staff are great. The facilities in the room are in good condition.
